Not happy with the service given initially.
Expedia and Pullman did not communicate and due to that there was a confusion during check in which delayed our check in.
Especially with 2 little ones after a long trip.
We also requested a baby cot and we were told they wont be able to fit it in outlr room. Room had so much space. We requested for it again and told them the room has enough space to hold a baby cot. This time we were told that there are no cots available.
Our stay was not pleasant right from the time of check in till we checked out. If Pullman cant provide baby cots for ceetain room they should put a note with that room so anyone can make informed decision while booking.
