"The communication with the staff/owner was excellent. We were delayed by a few hours and were welcome and provided excellent service despite being almost midnight. The room was clean, there was an excellent air condition unit, a small mini fridge with cold water. There were also snacks and free coffee and tea at the main lobby for 24hr self service. "An absolute gem of a property. Everything about it was wonderful, but I have to commend the staff and how helpful they were to us when our driver to Pompeii and Positano backed out at the very last minute. They stepped in and took care of it for us. I don't know how they did it as it was very busy, but they did and I am eternally grateful to them. Beautiful room and beautiful views. We had dinner at their Michelin star restaurant and a Dry Martini from the one-and-only dry martini bar in Italy. Exquisite! I highly recommend!!!"
