"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."

"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "It was very nice to stay =) The staff are super friendly. I can't praise them highly enough. The rooms are spacious spotlessly clean. The location is nice with countryside views. We very much enjoyed the garden and saunas. The breakfast was excellent, too. A very nice place to really rest and relax. I would gladly come back."
