「I would not stay here again. I booked 1 week and didn't even stay 1 night. The rooms had and order of smoke. The bathroom floor water would come up every time you would flush the toilet. And there were dead bugs all over the floor. What does housekeeping do? The walls were black and the AC/Heat wasn't working properly. Our room was changed 2 times with all the rooms the same. I slept in my car with my husband and daughter..」

「We booked this as a last minute hotel and it ended up being the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. It smelled horrendous and was just dingy. The property was not maintained and the lobby smelled like BO. The only plus side was when I asked for a refund because the conditions were horrid. We got a full refund.」

「喫煙室が臭くてねむれなかった」

「Room was clean, but share spaces like lobby are not good.」

「We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.」
