While the staff support was very good and appreciated, the condition of the room was disappointing. The room was quite run down. The safe was not working. The dresser was broken and missing a drawer. Guest chair was broken. There were a lot of bugs. Paper thin walls, neighboring room partied all night and into the morning. Cost to stay here should be a 1/4 of what was paid.

Okay if you need a place

Room wasn’t as clean as I’m use to sheet had a stain on it. We only stayed 1 night of our stay and switched hotels. We got in late Friday and spent the day out and about on Saturday came back to the room and the key card didn’t work. Cleaning staff saw and let us in. Good thing we were moving hotels.

Beat up place. Peeling paint, holes in walls, damaged doors and walls. No iron, fridge, hair dryer, coffee pot. Broken dresser. Decent TV and bed. Never again.

The experience was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. The microwave was also very dirty. You can hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms, and the noise from the hallways sounds as if it’s inside the room. On the positive side, the service at the lobby was good, the internet worked well, and the parking was easily accessible.

Great for post concert

This place needs an update out front, but the rooms werent the worst. Ours was clean, had plenty of outlets, and the bed was super comfy. The only things that werent great was that there werent enough pillows (need at least two per person), and the extra lock on the door was broken.

Not the greatest stay.

In town for a family wedding. Checked in about 9 pm after an 11 hour drive. Went through 3 rooms before finding one without stained sheets and comforters and working heat/ac. One side of the building is right next to a major highway and is VERY noisy. Killed at least 5 bugs in the room over 3 days. Generally not very clean. Old furniture. Looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Staff was helpful.
