「Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.」

The toilet had a screw driver bit wedged under the edge to prevent the toilet from wobbling ( which did not work). 「I stayed at La Quinta Inn, 6619 Transit Rd, Williamsville. The room had cleanliness problems: the bed sheets had hair and even a grocery receipt, which was unacceptable and very disappointing. Breakfast was poor quality — waffles were gummy and rubbery, there was no cream cheese available, and the coffee tasted weak and watery.
