"Unfortunately they were way under staff lines for the elevator on check in day 30 min wrapped around all the way to the check in desk. 45 min wait on hold for front desk when calling from your room. They also gave us late check out when we checked in and turned off our key before noon when we were at breakfast. Fun times. Tooo much "

"This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. The staff was great!!!!"

"Casino was nice and clean. Only complaint would be their check in process. They have kiosk machines that make it easy but my friend and I wanted to be on the same floor so we had to wait in the normal line. The line wasn’t long but only two windows were open so it took about 30mins before we were helped. Checking out on the kiosk was simple and quick. "

"Great looking property but surprised by some shortcomings: 1) room hadn’t been properly cleaned when we arrived and every day there were noticeable things missed during cleaning, 2) even with extra “resort fee” WiFi only covered 2 devices, 3) no fridge or coffee maker in room, 4) parkade exit is well known for malfunctions and indeed took 20 minutes for Uber to get out, 5) swimming pool was dirtier than expected. "
