"Was in town for a work event and Sunset Station is always a convenient option with its proximity to my office. The restaurants and casino are clean and updated, but the rooms could use some love. They just feel dark and dated (even though I’ve been told they’ve been recently updated…looks the same as the last time I stayed there in 2024). The bathrooms have plenty of space, but there’s some rust in the old tubs, shower heads can’t be adjusted and are semi-clogged in the water holes (spraying in different directions, but I get it cause the water does that all over Vegas), the wall mounted hair dryers are rough to use (travelled internationally the day I checked out, so didn’t bring my own). Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Gym is great with a few machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Overall good stay, good price & location, rooms just need some love to modernize and brighten up a bit."

"We really enjoyed Sam’s and all the amentities and things to do, especially with having our teenager with us. We loved being in Vegas and having the experience but in a place that’s clean and where you don’t get heckled by people constantly. The only reason I didn’t rate excellent was because the pool was closed. That would have made this trip perfect. "

"This house was amazing!! It fit all members of our party comfortably. The pool was a huge hit for my kids and the pool table was an awesome extra. The house is exactly as described and its located in a clean and quiet part of Las Vegas. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fred and Kimberly were wonderful host and was very responsive when we had questions. This home is definitely worth the stay and we 100% will rent from them again when we make it back to Las Vegas next. Absolutely recommend!!!"
