A clean, fenced backyard, a balcony/deck with good railings (no worrying that a dog might fall off), one of the bedrooms on the first floor so we didn’t have to use the stairs. The property was private, so we didn’t need to worry about neighbors. A well-stocked kitchen was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay."
