It was perfect from beginning at check in with HASEEB, very friendly and accommodating to make our stay great ! Home away from Home 🏠 Then at check out PAM was very helpful too. All and all it was a great stay ! We’d recommend Marriott Town-place Suites in Hickory Nc to everyone.

It was nice to stay in a brand new hotel. We didn't have any issues. The only area of opportunity and growth is getting a commercial sized air freshener/purifier. Because it is pet friendly you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Like a nice wet puppy. You can visibly see it was clean but the scent would discourage non-pet people. Super nice and in a great location.

The room was extremely large and very quiet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Issues? Yes, two chicken McNuggets were left on the floor just under the bed but VERY easily seen. Yes, you read this right. The couch had a nice stain on the side towards the window, and it looked very fresh. Not a problem for the night since I did not use the couch. With the two McNuggets that were left for me and the stained couch, I don't think the room was a clean as it may have appeared.

The whole property was very very clean. The grandkids and myself enjoyed the indoor pool. which was spotless and plenty of towels available. The breakfast was great the lady that was preparing the food was " Johnny on the spot ". Thanks for a great stay.

The pool was small and had a lot of hair in it from a group of young girls. I asked the staff about cleaning it and they said someone would look at it but that cleaning was scheduled to happen the morning we checked out.
