"Excellent in all aspects. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was well maintained and the room was very clean and well kept. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. All rooms have a spectacular ocean beach view and the entire hotel has a Hawaiian vibe to it. Parking was spacious and convenient. Can’t say a negative thing about this hotel. One of our very favorites in Japan. Super high recommended."

"This is a beautiful hotel with good rooms and a communal Onsen with good views of Atami’s beach and the bay or ocean. Their policies are rigid! They will let no one. check in before 3 pm. That policy is extremely frustrating for guests who arrive before 3. No flexibility. The nightly rates are way too high. Still, a good hotel with eager staff to assist you. ."

"Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Fast check in and check out with electronic machine but with friendly staff to help make the copies of passport. Liked the idea that you need a room key to get in the elevator. Only weird thing was the faucet at the sink also became the controls for the hand held shower. Staff gave good recommendations of itzakaya across the street at the train station. Room was good size and the view of MT. Fuji was fantastic."

"We booked an excellency room to enjoy a private onsen. The room was wonderful with 2 beds and tatami mats for the kids. The couch that looks out over the bay is a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge, dinner in the restaurant, and also the breakfast buffet. Staff were wonderful. The private onsen was very relaxing too. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel."
