"We checked in after midnight so we couldn't use the self check in. The line wasn't too bad because they had adequate staff at the front desk. For some reason we were given an upgrade to a very large suite with balcony, which was a really nice surprise. The room was a bit dated but in very good shape, very clean, and very large. I think the casino here is bright and not too smoke filled. I will stay here again next time I need to spend the night in Reno."
