「The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything we ate for every meal was delicious and the views of the lake and mountains were stunning. 」

「Disappointed…. Outside was extremely dirty, garbage and not cleaned. Not maintained… there was weeks of build up( sand, cigarette butts, garbage) built up in most corners. The ”beach” was not cleaned at end of day or morning, you would go down and there was garbage and towels from previous day! Unacceptable considering on a beautiful river( contaminated water) Pools were freezing( not heated) hot tub closed. Rooms were ok, staff was friendly, casino was nice with lots of options for gaming....
