"This hotel allows online check-in and an electronic key that opens your door with your phone so we never had to go to the Front Desk the whole time we were there. That avoided the long lines that used to be typical for checking into Vegas hotels. Everything about the hotel was spectacular. I highly recommend it. The room was large and everything seemed new and worked very well and was very comfortable."

A more organized system, such as assisting guests from each line equally, would have been more fair and efficient. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of accommodations."
