"All good. FOrgot about the smoking in casinos...not pleasant, but the nature of the beast, I guess. Staff was great. Breakfast way too long a wait at Hannah's. Need more room in there, and more staff."

"The room was great for the price we paid, hotel is situated well in the centre of Reno. We appreciated the free parking. Check-in was poor, staff were friendly but self-checkin wasn’t working and the instructions weren’t clear on how to get help. This meant a long wait to speak to someone, clearly understaffed vs the demand. Amenities were good with lots of restaurant options on-site. "
