"The staff was terrible. When we asked for a microwave to warm up our baby's milk, they told us that those were only available for VIP rooms. When we checked out, we reported this comment and mentioned that every other hotel we had stayed at provided a microwave; in response, they told us that they don't provide microwaves there and—because we had asked for one—that "this hotel isn't for people like us." It was a bad experience, and honestly, I will never stay at that hotel again. The hotel in question is The Eldorado in Reno, Nevada."
