"The room was stunning, the view was great ! You can easily get turned around with the elevators and rooms, but you figure it out. The staff was welcoming and friendly and checked in often if you needed anything. Actually, we are remodeling our house, the floors in place is so gorgeous, I’m bringing it up to my contractor. Everything is walkable, there is coffee across the street as well as in the lobby restaurant, as well of many restaurants and rooftop bars all around you. The entire city is walkable or a short Lyft ride. My only suggestion is maybe wine glasses in the room and a makeup wipes or dark cloths for the bathroom. Loved our stay and will definitely try our Mint House at home and rebook this place again for our next trip to visit family . "

"Up until recent, I hadn’t stayed at this place since 2013. This place is nothing like it used to be. They used to be a bar on another floor where they would have a meet and greet for every new guest along with the customary free cookies and milk. All of those amenities are gone the room was not kept up the par. It was worn down but clean. Bathroom was the best room in the house and it was a 6 1/2 or 7 at best. for the amount I paid to stay here totally not worth it."

"We stayed two nights 1.) first night we asked for extra towels they never got delivered. 2.) we got to our room and the key didn’t work because the guy that issued our key cards only set us up for one night!!! 3.) We requested extra creamer for Coffee also did not arrive! "

"The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board."
