"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."

"The hotel has a ton of character. I was told (have not verified) that it was an old factory and its definitely not a mass built motel 6. Very unique place. The room was clean and minimalist. The view was amazing. My wife and I used the pool which had the best view of the city. Pool is a little small. Great place for couples. Loved that I did not see or hear a single child."

"My experience was very disappointing. The room stayed hot all night because the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. It would run for about 30 minutes and then shut off for nearly three hours before turning back on. As a result, it was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Guests should be able to maintain a comfortable temperature in their room, especially when paying for a hotel stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience."
