「This place was an amazing spot right in center of everything. It wasn’t far at all from too much despite Dallas traffic but overall I give 10/10. Very unique & clean. Love the modern touches and the beds were sooo comfortable! Beware lots of stairs lol but it wasn’t bad you definitely get a good cardio in staying there but overall I would recommend and stay here again !」

「Wonderful space and great communication with host, however the traffic immediately outside is incredibly noisy especially at night with cars doing burnouts and racing down the street at 1-3 am every day... cozy enough during the day, but had a hard time sleeping at night even with noise cancelling headphones and ear plugs.」

「Mark was a great host and checked in with us to be sure we lacked for nothing. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. We could have used a few more dishes and a working ice maker, and it would be helpful to have the house number displayed more prominently. But we would definitely stay there again and likely will!」

「Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins....
