The process of getting early check-in was problematic and follow-up was slow... when we got there trash was in the way of the garage entrance and we physically had to move nasty trash bags out of the way. Also, garage door was unlatched from the garage door opener so had to do that first.... the biggest problem was the heat never worked, we messaged multiple times with poor responses and no follow-up. It was a cold weekend 34 degrees overnight, I had a two year old, and the property never got above 64 overnight. Even though we set the Nest Thermostats as per instructions provided many times.
