"This stay is very local to everything you can take a 5 minute walk and be surrounded by different food options, shops, bars, and activities. The people in the complex are also pretty friendly. I would definitely recommend this stay. It’s about 20 minutes from other surrounding popular areas like Addison and 30 ish minutes from DFW. The host is also responsive and accommodating "

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"This was a perfect place for a single business traveler looking to stay near downtown. Convenient to restaurants and stores without having to battle Dallas traffic. The studio was very cute and I loved the gated parking. "

"Short walk to the omni and convention center. City tavern on street level just next door. Also a roof top bar and restaurant in the building with great outdoor seating.Next convention I would defiantly stay here again."

"This rental was right next to the convention center where my husband was attending an expo. I came along with our kids. If it had just been him it would have been fine, the area where we stayed had people camped outside, human feces outside, and the inside of the building smelled like pot. The inside of the unit was clean and the rental owner was helpful and communicative!"

"My stay was wonderful very clean apartment, the building is very secured and clean..great location right in the Deep Ellum district...easy to get in and out..parking was perfect.... My host was great and very helpful...only thing that got me was the rail is right at the window lol but i got use of hearing talking and then horns blowing and etc...... By the way the bed was great i got some much needed rest...... "
