Room was great and staff was awesome especially the gentlemen (I think y’all refer to them as engineers) we needed a couple of times for the room. But the coffee shop needs some work.

The hotel room was roomy and clean/well maintained. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. All the restaurants in the hotel were kid-friendly and accommodating. Loved the stay here over Thanksgiving.

Room and staff were fantastic. The bed itself in our room could be a little softer for us, but I understand that is personal prefference, and not a ding on the Hotel. Overall a wonderful experience.
