「Stayed for one night, traveling on road trip. The room was ver ver nice, clean, up to date, and comfortable. I had no problems with staying here and given the chance would stay again in a heartbeat. Only concern was that room was near main road and could hear any loud truck pass by but not to Big of issue. 」

「Great rooms and peaceful stay 」

「We were told to park in the back of the property near where the closest entrance would be for our room. Both parking lot lights were out, so we parked further away to feel our car would be safe. Also, no elevators to be found which was an inconvenience. 」

「I’ve stayed here many times and love it」

「The inn is super cute and very close to Custer. Easy to get to many attractions such as Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Needles Hwy etc. The staff was very friendly. Fiona was extra nice and very helpful at check in. There is an indoor and outdoor pool that are very well kept and a hot tub. Games around the property, swing set, workout bars and rings and a tennis court. The cafe next door was a great place for a quick breakfast. The room had a fridge and microwave, coffee maker,...

「The 1880 train was within walking distance from the hotel. The Hill City area was close to most of the attractions around Mt. Rushmore. The breakfast buffet could have been a little better. The eggs were terrible. The pancake machine was broken. The coffee was OK.」

「We stayed for 5 days. The manager Carrie was AMAZING!! The housekeepers we're great in getting us what we needed. I'm not complaining (just saying) the free breakfast is carbs and a Jimmy Dean sandwich that you ask for. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great when we checked in. I'm a mom and I'm picky so I cleaned up the bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Family had a fun time and no issues, security is wonderful. 」
