「Consistently reasonable rates, especially in comparison to other hotels in Rapid City and the surrounding area; clean, comfortable, ample-sized rooms; and the employees are always friendly, respectful, professional and helpful, especially the housekeeping department and Adam (Matthew?). And I love the full breakfast! Sonesta Essential has become my go-to hotel for my regular trips to Rapid City. Thank you so much!」
