"It was a very clean property. We had a never squeaky room. Everywhere you walked just squeaked and people upstairs you could hear every single room. Purchased the $12 cookies that were delivered at night… not worth it. Very disappointed at that."

"The front staff employees were great. Zero complaints with that. However, my room had enough women’s hair in my bed and shower to make a full grown wig for someone. There’s no parking, so you have to park across the street at the airport parking lot. But, the awesome front desk staff let us park our motorcycles up front overnight."

"Air conditioning was not working and there was no notification before check-in. Hotel promised ice cream treats in the evening to help guests “stay cool”, but they had none. Hot tub was nice, but was drained the last morning so I could not use it. Breakfast hot food looked disgusting. Other breakfast items ran out and weren’t replaced. Staff in all areas seemed to not really care about any and all issues. Don’t stay here."
