This hotel is unique because of its history as an old bank and how beautifully it preserves some of its historical features including the vault, The rooms are well appointed. There is a coffee shop but no breakfast is served though there are good places nearby. I would definitely chose this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the hallways and room. Our room was large, clean and nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants (Cascata Restaurant was excellent!) and shops. Parking was convenient and free. We had cocktails at the Treasury bar in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Totally cool hotel with real class. After three weeks on the road and several thousand miles from place to place this was the perfect place to end our trip and relax before going home. Next time well spend more time so we can explore the city around the hotel but this time we were tired and glad we could get drinks and dinner right there and coffee and rolls as we checked out to make our flight.

Had a wonderful stay right in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls and backing right up to Big Sioux River. The ambiance of the old bank was strewn throughout and was a great experience. The room was well appointed with robes laid out, two shower heads, a view of the river, and a nice sized refrigerator. Excellent!!

5/5 Hotel, staff and location. Perfect location for a downtown stay as it’s an easy walk pretty much everywhere downtown. Plenty of quality restaurants 2-3 blocks away, Leavitt at the Falls is about a 10 minute walk and the Falls are only 15-20 minutes walk away. Room was excellent and very clean. Beds very comfortable.
