「The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Even though it is on the lower level we did not hear any noise from the condo above or beside. I highly recommend this property. 」

「We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well-appointed. It is on the second floor and there is no elevator. It only has a window air conditioner in the living room, so when it's warm, it's hard to cool it down. The fans helped out! The owner has great communication.」

「We enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The location is about an hour from all of the major attractions with easy access. Wish there had been a washer and dryer inside the condo instead of having to use a shared laundry room. Extra bed is in a closet so we did not use it. 」

「This townhouse is very comfortable and clean. We had some family members visit us there and they were impressed with the screened in porch and the nice kitchen. If I ever get back to Grand Forks I would definitely stay there again. I thought the price was good too. 」

「Everything was great, only downsides were parking on the street (not horrible) and the quiet times were 10PM -7AM for guests but heard stomping and other noises from upstairs.」
