サニサイド ホテル

「Ten minute walk to the Metrocentre made shopping there convenient and avoided parking problems. Room was clean and well furnished but a frig and microwave would be nice. Check on Expedia or other sites for the best prices.」

「朝食は典型的イングリッシュブレックファースト、とても美味しかった。 同じレストランの夕食もどれも美味しく地元住民でいっぱいだった。」

「Reception staff wasn't kind. I felt it was arrogant. I began to wonder if it was because I am Asian. Just one person...not everyone. The area was surrounded by major roads, which made it difficult to get around without a car.」

「We have no complaints at all it was absolutely amazing food just excellent staff so amazing nothing the bother bedroom was just spot so so clean and gleaming surrounding was beautiful would certainly highly recommended breakfast was amazing to to I don’t think I’ll be eating for the next week so much excellent food 10 out of ten will be back well done xxx」

「Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Great location if you are visiting the museum」

「Reception, housekeeping and staff in the dining room and bar were very friendly and helpful」

「Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too」

「First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

「Very tired and old hotel」

「駅前で便利。ホテルの従業員の方々も非常に親切で過ごしやすかったです。」

「Beautiful quayside hotel. The staff are fantastic. Dinner was」

「Absolutely racist staff towards Asian people . Please don’t book and avoid this hotel at all times. Racist rude and disrespectful staff! Lacking basic manners」

「I have stayed various hotels in Newcastle, but the Malmaison was one of the best hotel in the city. I recommend to all who is visiting Newcastle.」
