"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."
"Property was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay.
We were on the ground floor at the back however there was a generator at the back of our room on the wall outside that was on all night quite loud so found it difficult to sleep. "

"Great stay
Stayed as we were running the GNR
Very busy over this weekend but the staff was amazing and friendly !!
The hotel even put out lots of extras for the runners in reception like bottles of water bananas sis gels and sweets on a help your self basis which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was very nice with nice ingredients etc."
"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) "
"Upgraded to a newly renovated jr suite. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable with amazing views of the Tyne Bridge and castle. Staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Good location with lots of nice restaurants and things to see nearby. "
