"Lovely location on the banks of the River Tyne with spacious, clean rooms. All the staff were very warm, welcoming, helpful & courteous. We were pleased to find a wide choice of breakfast foods were available but some did suffer from being kept in the hot trays too long. Plenty of parking was available when we were there. a really enjoyable visit."

"The staff were great, we arrived a little bit early but they allowed us to check in as the room was ready, they also gave us a late checkout at midday. The room and bathroom were spotless.
The hotel is sittuated just across the river from all the bars and restaurants on the quayside and is a five minute walk from the hotel. Also the parking prices are very good. I highly recommend staying here."
