10/10 Excellent

"Clean, some rooms can be better maintained than others"

Hotel Gotham Newcastle

10/10 Excellent

"Kinda Mad I stayed at 5 star Gotham hotel because now I will be comparing ever other hotel stay to this one they went above and beyond from the early check in which helped me nap for concert I flew in for they ever came and personally work me up 4 hours later so I didn’t miss the show I flew in for I’m so grateful I’ll always look to book this property when in the area"

Copthorne Hotel Newcastle

8/10 Good

"Really spacious clean room. Bathroom a bit dated and shower not very warm. Great location and parking facilities. Cracking view of the river from the room. I got an email offering a deal on breakfast. On paying at reception I was told it didn’t include VAT for the breakfast which was extra which I thought was a bit misleading. Other than that nice stay."

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Newcastle-Gateshead

10/10 Excellent

"Used this lovely hotel as our base for visiting Newcastle as we were attending a gig at the Glasshouse, 5 minutes walk away so was perfectly situated for our needs. It's also a 25 stroll to the top of Newcastle city centre and 15-20 for the Quayside. Communication from the hotel was good and allowed us to check-in digitally ready for arrival. The room was spacious, clean and the heating warmed it up very quickly, the bed was HUGE, i nearly had to order a taxi to see my Wife in the morning!!. We didn't use the bar or restaurant as we had plans on all days but the staff we did need to deal with were great, friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it for anyone attending the glasshouse or Newcastle/Gateshead generally."
