Great location by the river. Room was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was that breakfast items ran out and twere not enough staff to replenish without a bit of a wait.

The location is great, it has a bit of an out of the way feel to it, rooms are pretty standard, water pressure was very good. Only gripe was the bar closing at 11pm, I think it's a bit early for most ppl.

Convenient location approximately 25 minutes walk to the city centre along the river. Nice and quiet. Upgraded to breakfast for £13.50 pp. Booked 2 triple rooms for £350 (without breakfast) which was one of the cheapest options for a city stay which seems quite expensive but first time in Newcastle and will definitely be back

Nice clean hotel near the Millenium Bridge. However, the car park is not big enough for the number of rooms and many guest will end up parking in the nearby multi-story car park which is locked at midnight.

Great location and price , they let us check into our room in the morning as it was available. I can’t remember the last time a hotel did this - Thankyou. Parking limited but excellent value. Good breakfast selection . All staff I had contact with helpful, engaging and a credit to the company.

Hotel is in a good location, and only about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle. Hotel had parking as well which was good. Hotel itself was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfortable and the shower very nice, but the rooms were a little tired and could do with a refresh. Still comfortable though. Staff were friendly and polite.

Comfortable stay, very comfortable beds, good tea and coffee selection, nice big TV, bathroom okay suitable for our needs, staff lovely, overall a pretty good stay. Managed to get parked okay but I can imagine that it would be difficult during peak times as only small in comparison to amount of rooms.
