Such warm and welcoming staff at reception who helped us with local knowledge, restaurant recommendations and information about student life in Newcastle! Very friendly - would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying over to look at universities.

I would like to congratulate all the staff at holiday inn Jesmond for their willingness to help , excellent service , caring attitude and smiling faces !!! I had a most enjoyable stay and was very comfortable . staff went out their way to help specially dining room staff and chefs Mark and Paulo who looked after my friend who had lactose and gluten intolerances . nothing was a problem to all staff . thank you very much .

Second time at Holiday Inn in Newcastle Jesmond and I love it. The staff was so pleasant and respectful. They go above and beyond to meet your need.This hotel will always be my pick every time I spend time in Newcastle. Kudos to the kitchen staff.
