「So cozy and accommodating. I really appreciate the help」

「I have a bad knee and it was not stated (or maybe i missed it) that this was a garage apartment 」

「Room was nicely decorated and spacious.」

「Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. 」

「-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.」
