"I loved the water front location. There was a ton of space in the townhome. Things to improve upon: a larger TV/a starter pack of laundry detergent and dryer sheet. No one wants to buy a big box of detergent to do one load while travelling. The kitchen was very well stocked. I personally do not care for the outside patio table and hard chairs. Not good for elderly folks. Luckily the old patio chairs were still there so it worked out fine. We really enjoyed our few days there, so relaxing. Thanks...

"Our family spent a week here around President's Day weekend 2024. The kids loved the house and talked about how they want to come back. The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and we were 10-15 minutes away from everything. Tons of food options around! We went paddleboarding on the Indian River Lagoon, spent some time fishing, and had some really perfect beach weather. Will definitely come back!"

"This property was only a 4 minute drive to the beach and was VERY clean and comfortable. We appreciated all of the little touches and added conveniences like beach towels and beach chairs. The bed was comfortable and loved that both soft pillows and firmer pillows were available. We would definitely stay here again."

"The pool was lovely, as were the views. The unit was a bit smaller than I expected, and the stairs - while doable for me - were not ideal. A younger person would be fine. Also, bring kleenex, soap and paper towels. There's shower gel, but no soap. Coffeemaker is a Kuereg, so don't buy coffee and filters. The owner was lovely; the setting is gorgeous. Overall, it was very nice."
