We booked a three bedroom villa for myself and three of my adult children for 8 nights. I have stayed at Reunion 3 times in the past with the last time being 2016. The initial villa assigned to us was very "tired". The arm chair in the living room had a broken leg and was not usable. The dining chair pads felt like kids had been jumping on them and had no structure.Very uncomfortable. The carpets were soiled and we felt we needed footwear to walk on them to feel comfortable.With us being Canadian,wearing outside shoes inside was foreign to us. I did speak with the reception who informed us at the time that they had no other units available but did apologize. A couple of hours later I received a call from the manager offering us a new three bedroom unit. This unit was much nicer and very comfortable.It seems it is a hit or miss situation when booking with Reunion.That was not my experience at all in th eprevious three times we had stayed with them.

The big pool was great a nice half of the border is shallow so the little ones have a place to play. When you reserve the vista cottages you are technically on a different portion of the resort. They only provide 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 laundry pouch for 1 load. They do not provide any additional even though you are staying so many days. So please pack those. The shuttle system they participate in is an outside company. It’s one of the cheaper ones. The shuttle is used by like 4-5 hotels so some nights it took 2 hours to get back. The shuttle did not have many options for universal. The Disney one had enough pickups. Ranging from 5:30p, 7:30, 9:30. The guy dropped off in the evening at the bottom of the hill unfortunately he drove the evening bus everyday. Definitely harder after a long day at the parks. The valet doesn’t mind picking you up from the bottom so please remember to call them. The valet was so helpful and informative. They gave us the best places to go. The hotel lets the timeshare at the front door so your greated with sales not hellos. The hotel did Not provide an airport shuttle. I still have the place a 4 because my family enjoyed ourselves we just wish we knew these things prior to booking.

Amazing pool and grounds! Perfect for our family of four.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 5-bedroom home with a private pool was perfect for us. The customer service was great, and they responded quickly whenever we had questions. We were also able to rent a golf cart that accommodated six people, which made getting around the resort easy. We truly enjoyed the home and the resort amenities and can’t wait for our next trip back!
