"This was my second stay at Simon's Boutique Hotel this year (8 days, 3 days). I can't wait to go back. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable, and I always sleep well. I am 80 years old. It is so close to the Gare du Nord, too. The Marx Dormoy metro stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel."

"Clean room and the professional staff upon arrival early morning. My suggestion only is to provide info in all basic local transpo in the area ie the location of Metro , bus…best place to eat in the area…local food store. "Overall very impressed, especially for the price I paid (around ~$200/night). The room is very clean, spacious and modern. The elevators are very fast, never had to wait for one to arrive. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, lots of variety. Service is great, they have a lot of staff on hand, I had an electrical issue in my room and someone came in to fix it within minutes. Location is in a quiet area of Saint-Denis, there’s not much to do around here, but there is a metro station literally right across the street that brings you to downtown Paris in 20 minutes! I believe it’s the tallest building in Paris and has a 24/7 gym on a high floor as well as three restaurants and a pool. Would definitely stay here again."
