Arrived after hours. Staff would not communicate with me ahead of time about late arrival. Upon arriving front desk night clerk was unhelpful and snobby. Simply did not want to do more than click a mouse. Seemed bothered about having to answer questions. Room was freezing upon entry - thermostat said 12C°. There were flies and a couple worm like things. It was so late I couldn’t deal with talking to the staff to get rid of it. So opened the window and got rid of it my self. Phone in the room did not work. Asked the night staff if there was a phone available to customers and he just scoffed and laughed as if it were a ridiculous request😂. 10min walk to train station. Sketchy location and no customer service at the train service if you are early.

The property looks nothing like the photos …. I booked the room for my fiancé and I! I was getting married and excited but I was so embarrassed for the make up artist and stylist to come to room …. It was so small and broken mirror…. Tv was set to just french and no way you can change it…. It was completely empty…. And the outside of hotel look abandoned…. It was so bad after two nights my fiance booked a room somewhere else for the remainder of my stay ….. expedia or the business would give us the money back
