The hotel is located in a very decent and safe area, well-connected to the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Vanessa for her excellent online support and to Ouassila at the reception for handling the room change with such professionalism. The location is excellent, tucked away on a quiet street yet close to major attractions, cafés etc. It was easy to explore the city on foot. My room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Despite being in a central area, it was peaceful at night, which made for a very restful stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt cozy and refined. The staff truly stood out: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
