"We were really surprised by this hotel. The room was quite luxurious and large. The linens and whatnot were first rate and quite comfortable. The location was great with a couple of blocks walk between 3 different metro stations. Although it was located across the street from railroad tracks, we never really heard any noise. The neighborhoods around the hotel were great for exploring. We would definitely stay here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. "Very cosy room and super comfy bed. The room was well equipped with tea, coffee, water and soft drinks. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Really loved the courtyard with the beautiful plants, it felt like a little oasis in the middle of Paris. Wonderful stay :)"

"The stay itself was good, and we had originally booked a six-night stay. However, due to unexpected train delays and a missed onward connection, we were unable to arrive on our scheduled check-in date. As soon as we became aware of the disruption, we made numerous attempts to contact the hotel directly to inform them of the situation and ensure that our reservation would not be treated as a no-show. Unfortunately, despite more than seven phone calls and multiple emails over a 24-hour period, we were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but they were likewise unable to obtain any confirmation from the property before our arrival. None of our emails received a response. Although we were ultimately able to check in the following day, the most concerning aspect of the experience was the complete uncertainty surrounding whether our reservation would still be honoured. As hotels may, in some circumstances, cancel bookings and retain full payment in the event of a no-show, we had no way of knowing whether we would have accommodation upon arrival. This lack of communication created significant stress and forced us to continue our journey under difficult circumstances without any assurance that we would have a place to stay in Paris. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable that reception was entirely unreachable despite repeated phone calls and emails over an extended period."

"Very kind and helpful staff. Front desk (Paul) went out of his way to accommodate. The hotel was in excellent location. We couldn’t use the rooftop deck because a private event was booked, which was partly why we booked. The hallways could be cleaner. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Pillows like pancakes. Besides that, rooms were spacious."

"Location is quite good for Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and other sights in that vicinity. Hotel is connected to Metro line 1. Staff were excellent. Lounge was great for the views of the city. Breakfast had good options. Wine and evening canapés were good too. Would stay again for sure."
