The staff at Hotel Elysees Opera are amazing!!! Especially Francesca. She worked very hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and helped us with all our needs. All the staff was terrific!!

Very friendly staff, easy check in (you leave your room key at the desk and pick up when you return). We had a slow drain in the bathroom sink and they fixed it while we were out even though we didn’t ask them. Excellent experience, great location. Fairly priced

Small but pleasant

Everything was very good except the shower very small and complicated to shower plus room very small even hard to move around or opening a suitcase. But the rest was super amazing I forgot the gentleman’s name he was super attentive and speak perfectly English he had explained everything to us about the city like where to go eat or where to visit and even the two young lady that work also very nice very friendly and attentive also. Good hotel for couple days and to go closed by the big mall and city attractions

Our ac unit did not work we reported it at least four times and they went and look they being the front desk one time. We had to sleep with the windows open to get any rest which let in all the city noise bugs and poor air quality into our room. The bed was so old it was very uncomfortable we did not get the upgrades from the vip level we were supposed to get. The hotel has one elevator which malfunctioned and eventually broke while we were there. We were on the third floor and the stairs had such a large dip in the middle of them I almost fell lugging all 4 of our bags down since the elevator was out of commission. I don’t know how Paris rates a four star hotel but I have stayed at the equivalent in a motel 6 in the United State. Very pour experience will never go back please don’t waste your.money.

I was very pleased with this property and its staff. The person who cleaned my room daily was especially polite and amicable—please kindly congratulate her for this, as my room was always impeccable. The hotel staff overall was friendly and attentive, always answering my questions when I had any. I also found the hotel to be strategically located near classic tourist attractions.
