good: - good breakfeast buffet - availability of two joint rooms (great for a family) - helpfull and friendly staff - metro and bus in walking distance - you can switch off air conditioning when you want to not so good: - we stayed from monday to friday. from day to day, the hotel became fuller and fuller, on the last day, the breakfeast room was overly full - power sockets are not near the bed - bring a long extension cord if you want to charge your phone and use it too - TV: only one german channel but it did not have a signal, so effectively no german channel - small bathroom - in general the hotel would need a make over

the property is tired, felt scammed when i got into the room, the furniture and fittings are rickety and old, telephones were not working, tv remote not working, dingy, old, not modern, small tv with only french stations.

Decent in a pinch

If you are coming from America this hotel is similar to a super 8 depending on your room and can vary to a very dated la Quinta. The rooms are average and some are better than others as I booked 2 rooms and one was nicer than the other. The AC is ok. Throughout the night it was still a little warm. There is only one outlet in the entire room. The bathroom was so small. It was like 4x5 feet and that included the sink, toilet, and shower. Our room was good for 2 people MAX. Overall for the price we paid it was a decent deal. The train station was 8-10 miles away and there are some nice cafes nearby.

It was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful after my room had no power to the power sockets, and they moved my room. However the room I was moved to was right next to the lifts on the 5th floor and they were SO NOISY all night long - squeaky and loud and just annoying. I got a bit of sleep but it wasn’t the most comfortable

Area is safe at night. Restaurants are open and lots of activity on the streets late into the evening. Room was very clean. The beds aren’t the greatest and the bathroom had a slight sewer smell. Over I’d go back to this hotel.

THIS IS OFFICIALLY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! It ruined my first Paris trip and will not stay in any Ibis hotel in the future. This hotel carpet on the floor smells so bad every time I walk and the room furnishing is from the 80s/90s. The hotel room and bathroom smells too when you walk in and the carpet has not been replaced in at least 20 years just by looking at the design. It’s horrible!!! I never stayed in such outdated hotel, not even a motel is as bad as this. Don’t be fool by the room you think you booked by looking at the pictures because it’s not!!! I asked the front desk and showed them the room I booked and apparently it’s more expensive and I would need to upgrade. Which I don’t mind if it’s much better than the room they gave me, but no, the furnishing is about the same!

The room was too small.

The room was so small. When you look at the pictures, you think that the room is okay, but unfortunately it was too small, hard to move for two people at the same time. Air condition was fixed to 22C. Paris was cold and room was too because basically you were not allowed to turn it on to higher degrees. We were frozen during our sleep. :( I would not pick any of Ibis anymore.
