「Excellent location! Very chic, great light thru the windows and skylights. Super clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bedding. Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! Only tips are watch your toes on small, raised levels, bathroom, kitchen etc. Also, no need for gym, we got a great workout everyday climbing up the stairs, but well worth it for such an incredible location! 「I liked the location,which was the Marais district with restaurants, and easy shopping. However, the facility where I stayed was not acceptable. It had black mold in the kitchen and bathroom area. It also had dirty carpet and a dark atmosphere. Very small place that can barely accommodate one person. Shower curtain was very dirty etc. coffee pot, but no coffee mug. So dissatisfied with my accommodation. I do not recommend.」

「The apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants, Metro, and Monmarte! Neighbourhood was safe as was the entry system into the building. Apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely responsive to emails before our trip and quickly addressed a small issue we had upon arrival. It is advertised as two bedrooms, but it is a single bedroom with a pull-out couch in the front room with access bathroom to kitchen. However, the pull-out couch was very comfortable! I would stay again.」

「Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.」
