「I want to give an honest account of our stay so future guests know what to expect. I'd encourage anyone booking to look closely at the listing photos, because several did not match the actual property when we arrived.We ran into several problems. When we first tried to get into the house, the entry code we were given did not work, and a new code had to be sent before we could get inside. 「This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer.」

「The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again.」

「Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. 「First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock.
