「Nice clean property convenient to lots of things at a reasonable price.」

「Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Smaller balcony was not the greatest. No hot breakfast but did have coffee and grab and go snacks. There was no parking available in the late hrs of the night, not having parking was inconvenient as a paying customer. The beach access was perfect! Areas to clean off the sand. Over all a decent stay, pool was meant for kids and the hot tub could only hold 3 people maybe. Worth the weekend stay. Family friendly. surrounded by restaurants and the pier was nice! 」

「There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. 「It is not a hotel for two handicap people who had declined to the third floor. We had to wait over 10 minutes for a tenant to come to the front desk to check in.」

「Room had a smell. The a/c wasn't very cold. The best thing about it was the location. Walls thin, heard argument between two males dropping the f word, plus doors slamming. Not very restful.」

「Perfect spot for our weekend in Georgetown! Baxter was a great host and was incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the proximity to the waterfront couldn’t be beat. The beer and soda were also fantastic! 」
