「A proper and functioning heater was not working in the room.」

「Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!」

「Walking distance to Great American Ball Park. Its facility is a little bit old though, well maintained.」

「This is and older hotel, and needs a serious overhaul. The bathroom door handle came off the door, looks like they tried to use adhesive. The ceiling had places where there was a leak and was poorly repaired. The staff was great, and made the stay pleasurable. I will stay elsewhere until the hotel is updated.」

「The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

「Everything about our stay was accommodating. The staff were very helpful and it was exactly as expected. There was a stain on the sheets, but they were obviously clean. There was bed bug covers in the bed which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was clean and fully stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.」
