Nice place in a great location

Aubrey at Check-In was warm and welcoming. Walkabilty to cafes, stadiums and restaurants was perfect. Rooms were clean and the rooftop bar had a great view of the fireworks.

From checking in to check out the Moxy is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at for a getaway. The staff was so polite and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from The Great American Ballpark and nightlife. The hotel is very modern and clean. It has a boutique hotel vibe. We will definitely be going back.
Room 307 was spacious. Room safe tucked in a drawer under the bed. An area under the bed to store a suitcase.

Gave this hotel a one star rating because we didn’t sleep AT ALL. This hotel has no sound proofing. The family next to us had a demon child who screamed all night and we felt like we were in the room with them. At 2:30am it sounded like King Kong was coming down the hallway or people weee getting body slammed. This hotel is beautiful and clean and modern but doe t expect to get any rest.

Room had no flat surfaces to place suitcases or anything! Room smelled a little misty from the ac. Proximity to ballpark and bridge was great. Ad said they had 2 restaurants. Not true. They offered microwave breakfast which they only had one left at 9 am. The welcome drink was vodka and flat club soda. I threw it out! They try to have a cool vibe. Bartender at night was great The check in and check out was quite long although the staff was very nice.

Everyone was very nice. The only thing was the valet was not available when I wanted to leave in the morning. I literally had to walk into the garage to get my own car and they give the parking permit back to the front desk. So, like a regular garage, not valet. The room was very clean but no hand soap. The hotel has only been open 3 weeks, so maybe they are working out the kinks.

Pros: Rooms nice and clean. Staff friendly. Multiple bars and snack station. Cons: Bed was firm, no closet to store items, no iron, no makeup wipes, and no ice bucket. There was only 1 valet attendant after checkout and a lineup of 10 people who checked out all needing their vehicle. We got tired of waiting so we asked for keys to get our own vehicle.
