「This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. 「Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. 「First, the beach here is impeccable and well maintained by this hotel company. The water is a bluish green and very calm and clear. Unlike other resorts, the pictures that I saw before I booked this stay were not photoshopped. We stayed in the beachfront room on the third floor and arrived late at night. When I woke up in the morning and saw the white sand beach and the beautiful ocean, I was blown away.This resort reminded me of a small resort in the Caribbean. You don’t see resorts like this...

「The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything at our fingertips and were happy throughout our entire stay. The place was always immaculately cleaned and in order. The resort was family friendly but quiet and relaxing. The beach access was private and perfect. Thank you everyone at this resort love you guys!」

「Room was clean and organized and a very neat property. Only issue we had was the pool wasn't heated nor did the spa/hot tub. The dock was very nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!」
