「Terrible customer service」

「We have been coming to Sunseeker since it opened and will continue to stay here when in Florida.」

「We were charged an extra $100 a day on the property for amenities and parking. We would never stay there again.」

「The beach was awesome, very quiet and relaxing, and the hotel staff were very attentive to any need we might have. It also has a great pool in the middle. And valet parking was complimentary!!!」

「We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely. I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had. It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away.」

「Super cute location, very clean and had everything we needed!」

「Great location to the beach. Nice pool, nice bar. Do not get a room near the tiki bar. You're woken up early in the morning by staff power washing the floors right outside the rooms.」

「Nice clean place! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.」

「Another lovely state at Charter Club we’ve been coming here over 25 years As good as ever for our 4 week stay」

「Wonderful resort. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and there are plenty of on site amenities within a short walk. Would highly recommend.」

「Perfection!」

「Room clean but small actually hotel room. Bathroom is roomy shower is nice but has no dresser for storage. two drawers under the bed. small closet. perfect combination for two. Screen porch ground level direct access to the beach. No view of Beach the dunes have been replaced. Which took away the view. But worked well for us for the three days we stayed 140 yards to sand and water perfect.」
