"The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. We had two rooms and they were comfortable. The only problem we had was the outlet in our bathroom didn't work or it may be hair dryer. I thought it was the outlet because it happened to the kids' room too, but it was just the outlet needs to be reset. The faceplate for the doorknob for the kids' room was not screwed on tight, so it keeps moving and made it hard to open/close the door. Luckily, my husband had a screwdriver handy and fixed it. Also, the fridge does not seem to be working. Other than that, everything was good. Location is good and it is close to where we wanted to go. We had a great time. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool has a waterslide. If my kids were younger, I am sure they will enjoy it. It can get a little noisy since it is near the airport. However, it is fine at night. The balcony is a plus. We sat out on the balcony a few times."
