「It's new, with construction going on in the building. Very few amenities; it would have been nice to have instant coffee or a TV with any kind of paid app. No lamp in the living room or bedroom to read by. No art or any decoration on the walls, etc. I paid a lot for one night. It was brand new, but it could have used a bit of character to make the place comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of the Recreational Facility in Cochrane.」

「Very clever lay out—nice touches throughout. Bed was comfortable. Stairs were a bit hard to navigate (I am nearly 75). I would stay again」

「良かった点は、設備全体がよく管理されている点です。洗濯機や乾燥機、調理器具、食器などすべて清潔な状態で完備されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。 残念だった点は、窓から美しい山々が（予約ページに記載のとおり）見えるのですが、実際はその手前に交通量の多い道路があり、景観を損ねていた点です。また道路が近いため騒音も気になりました。」

「洗剤、コーヒーといった備品が補充されず、何度もフロントに行かなければならなかった。 プールは古く汚れが目立ち、部屋も同じくメンテナンスがされていない。水回りが特にひどく、シャワーやシンクはメンテナンスされておらず壊れた状態だった。泊まったのは「プレミア」グレードにも関わらずこんな状態だった。」

「客室は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフも親切でとてもよかったです。 設備も整って快適でした。 エキストラベッドを使用したいとリクエストしましたら、すぐに笑顔で対応してくれました。 楽しく滞在することができました。ありがとうございました。 」
